Written for the demo, in the voice of Special Touch Design.
Is checkout real?
This is a demo of the ordering flow. Nothing is charged, and Stripe is not connected yet. When the studio launches, payment will run through Stripe. The confirmation page shows that the order was captured. No email is sent.
How soon can I get flowers?
Pieces in the edit are scheduled at least two days ahead. This is not a same-day wire service. Weddings and larger events need more lead time and start with a quote rather than a cart.
Where do you deliver?
Special Touch Design is based in the Los Angeles South Bay and will begin with local, scheduled delivery, plus pickup by appointment. Cities and delivery fees are not final. They are confirmed before launch. This demo collects an address and a date, and it does not add a fee or publish a service map.
Can I choose the exact flowers?
You can choose a design and leave a short note: colors to lean toward, anything to avoid, and the occasion. Exact stems depend on the market that week. If the arrangement has to match a recipe, use the custom request.
What if a flower in the photo is not available?
The studio substitutes something close in color and shape. That is normal for seasonal work, and a substitution by itself is not a defect. The note is the place for a hard limit.
Do you design full weddings?
Yes, by quote. Bouquets, flower-girl baskets, boutonnieres, and corsages can also be ordered as individual pieces. Ceremony and reception flowers are designed with you. Checking out a bouquet does not reserve the studio for an entire wedding.
What about birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day?
The gift baskets and several of the arrangements are meant for those days. Say the occasion in the note. The studio does not keep a separate product for every holiday.
How do I reach the studio?
A public phone line, email address, and Instagram account are not set up yet. The contact page labels those as placeholders. Forms on this demo stay in your browser. They are not emailed.
How should the flowers be cared for?
Recut the stems, use clean water, and keep the arrangement out of direct sun and away from the fruit bowl. Most of these designs look their best for several days, not two weeks.
